Gallyon is committed to reducing its environmental impact and continually improving environmental performance as an integral and fundamental part of the business strategy and operating methods.

Objectives include:

Reduce waste, manage energy and emissions, and recycle everything possible.

Minimise the use of utilities and natural resources.

Prevention of pollution.

The Company identifies and complies with applicable environmental legislation (ROSH, WEE & REACH compliant).

Gallyon values its reputation for excellence which has been established over time, almost 250 years, and reflects the care and pride Gallyon invest in every aspect of our business, this care extends to protection of the environment and use of natural resources. In support of this aspect Gallyon has a walnut tree re-planting program both here in the UK, within Cambridgeshire as the Gallyon wood is populated, and in Turkey where Gallyon directly source walnut blanks.
